Creekside Park Skate Park
Creekside Park in Coldstream has one of the North Okanagan's biggest concrete skate parks, with banks, half pipes, ledges, rails, a manny pad and two bowls (a horseshoe and a bathtub). The same park has pickleball courts, a lacrosse box, ball fields, a playground and washrooms, so the whole family can find something to do. Leashed dogs are welcome in the park's dog area.

Kal Beach
Kal Beach and the Rotary Pier are a perfect stop for the whole family to enjoy a day in the sun on Kalamalka Lake. Swim, take on the beach volleyball courts if you want more than a float, or walk out along the pier over the water; it is also a popular launch point for paddleboarders. Washrooms and a parking lot make arriving easy. The District of Coldstream does not list Kal Beach among the parks where dogs are permitted.

Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park Trails & Rattlesnake Point
Beyond its famous beaches, Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park has a network of short grassland and forest trails above the lake. The Crest and Juniper trails lead from the Jade and Juniper parking area to the viewing platform at Rattlesnake Point, while the Coldstream, Cosens Bay and Bear Valley trails wind down through pine, fir and open grassland to Cosens Bay. Watch for rattlesnakes, and note that bikes aren't allowed on the beach and Rattlesnake Point trails.

Sovereign Park
Sovereign Park is a lovely open, grassy space on Kalamalka Lake for a day built around activity: beach volleyball, bocce and horseshoe pitches on the shore, and a launch spot for kayaks and paddleboards for anyone who would rather be out exploring the water. Kids have room to frolic and be kids, and washrooms are on site. The District of Coldstream does not list Sovereign Park among the parks where dogs are permitted.
