Kaleden Hotel Park preserves the striking concrete shell of the Kaleden Hotel, built in 1911 and closed a few years later during the First World War. The regional district bought the property in 1979, and today the heritage ruin is a favourite with photographers and a one-of-a-kind event space. The park connects to the Kettle Valley Rail Trail and is close to lake access, so it makes a natural stop on a ride or walk along Skaha Lake.
