Rotary Beach Park

Rotary Beach Park is a family-first stop on Kelowna’s Lakeshore Road: a swimming area on Okanagan Lake and a playground, with a washroom close to the beach. Parking is in the City’s pay lot at the park (69 spaces, $1.50 an hour, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily in summer); the gate is locked at 11 p.m. A beach wheelchair is available on site at no charge from Okanagan Beach Rentals, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily, which makes the water genuinely reachable for more visitors. Dogs are not allowed. The City tests the water here through the summer and posts advisories when needed, so check before you swim.
