Strathcona Beach Park

Strathcona Beach Park is a small Abbott Street beach for an uncomplicated swim: a swimming area on Okanagan Lake, a playground for the kids and a washroom, and not much more to distract you. The small City lot at the park is pay parking ($1.50 an hour, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a four-hour limit in summer). Dogs are not permitted. Interior Health tests the water here through the summer.
