Kelowna Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Club

Kelowna's own cross-country and snowshoe area lies in the McCulloch highlands southeast of the city, roughly 20 to 45 minutes from town on paved highway. The club grooms 75 km of double-tracked trails with a good range of difficulty, normally finished by 10 a.m., alongside marked snowshoe trails, warming cabins and designated K-9 trails where dogs are welcome. Three parking areas serve the system: the Kallis lot on Highway 33 just past the Big White Road junction (ski access only), the Summit lot 0.9 km further with ski and snowshoe trails, a shelter and outhouse, and the main lot 4.5 km along McCulloch Road with the cabin and both trail types.
