Wilden Ridge Trails

Open ridges in the Wilden hills above Glenmore, burned in the 2023 wildfire and now greening up again, with wide views over Okanagan Lake toward Lake Country and down over Kelowna. The McKinley Trail loop is about 5 km with 300 m of climbing (about 1.5 hours), dotted with hikers' wood carvings and cairns; another route climbs to a hilltop swing. A great sunset spot. The land belongs to the Wilden development, which allows hiking, so some trails may change as building continues. Dogs on leash.
