Barefoot Beach Resort

Barefoot Beach Resort is where you camp without a tent: a village of thirteen yurts — studios up to two-bedrooms, each with a kitchenette — on a private stretch of Skaha Lake beach at the south end of Penticton, with ordinary campsites for those who bring their own canvas and the Kettle Valley Rail Trail running out the back gate toward Okanagan Falls. It is the Okanagan's best-known glamping address and the easy answer for a group with mixed ideas about roughing it.
