Canadian Wildlife Museum is a private natural-history museum north of Vernon with 350+ mounted specimens, from mice to bison, displayed in life-like dioramas over two floors. Browse 45 viewing stations, a large butterfly and moth collection and a gift shop. Allow at least half an hour, or closer to an hour if you love wildlife. Admission is about $18 for adults, $16 for seniors and $10 for kids 3 to 15, plus GST.
