Patio Great for Groups
Black Mountain has earned its reputation as one of the Okanagan's most scenic public tracks: a par-71 layout that plays 6,400 yards across dramatic cliffside terrain, capped by a famous island-green par 3 that tests nerve as much as swing. Four sets of tees keep it approachable for high-handicappers while still rewarding accurate ball-striking from the tips, a big reason it has been named a PGA of BC Golf Facility of the Year and one of ScoreGolf's top-value public courses in Canada. PGA of Canada professionals are on hand for lessons if your swing needs a tune-up, and The Grill's patio, one of the nicest in the area, delivers valley views to match the round.

An Okanagan Roam editorial calculation based on the course’s published standard green fee, what that fee includes, and documented practice facilities — not a user review. Each course is compared only with courses of the same kind. Price points are 49 × the group’s reference fee ÷ the course’s standard green fee, up to 70: 49 at the reference fee, fewer when the fee is higher (about 25 at twice the reference, never zero), more when it is lower. A cart included in the fee adds 10 and range use 5; a documented driving range adds 7, putting green 4 and short-game area 4. Facilities that are not documented earn no points.
