Marmalade Bakery is a from-scratch cake shop run by sisters Kyra and Caelin, tucked inside Skaha Pizza in the Yorkton Plaza on Skaha Lake Road. Its buttercream cakes, cheesecake tortes and cupcakes come in flavours like Lemon Lovers, Caramel S'mores and Black Forest, with dedicated vegan and gluten-free lines. Drop in for daily baked goods, grab-and-go lunch and specialty coffee, or order a cake online (7 days' notice; 14 for custom). It was voted Best Cake Shop in the 2026 Best of Penticton.
