Penticton's municipal course has been played since 1922, and it still carries that old-club feel: mature, walkable, and set up as a par-70 test at just over 6,100 yards rather than a modern bomber's course. Run by the City of Penticton, it's public and unpretentious, but the amenities punch above that: a full driving range, several putting greens, and dedicated short-game practice, plus PGA of Canada professionals running individual, junior, adult, and corporate lesson programs. The fully stocked golf shop and air-conditioned clubhouse, with its large outdoor patio and locker rooms, make it a comfortable home base whether you're there for eighteen holes or just a lesson.
