Controlled Entropy Distilling

Controlled Entropy Distilling is a small-batch artisan distillery run by local couple Shea and Nahome Bennett, with all fermentation and distillation done on site. The lineup leans toward cocktails, from a dry-hopped gin and smoked jalapeño vodka to amaro and a cold brew coffee liqueur that makes a great espresso martini.
