St. Andrews by the Lake is a mature 9-hole, par-32 course wrapped around willow-lined fairways, rolling hills, and a small lake, a quieter, more pastoral South Okanagan setting than the desert courses further south. The signature 7th is the reason people remember it: a 165-yard par 3 over water to an island green with its own miniature "Swilken Bridge." It has been voted the silver winner for best nine-hole course in the South Okanagan nine years running, and its easy pace suits golfers looking for a scenic, relaxed round. The golf shop and the Painted Turtle Bistro's pub-style menu and lakeside deck make it worth lingering after the round.
