Winging It Workshops at Wild Goose Winery
Wild Goose hosts small guided craft sessions for beginners, capped at 20 guests and running 5 to 7 pm: a Monet Meets Merlot sip-and-paint class on October 24 and holiday wreath making with Gems & Stems on November 28. Each includes a glass of Wild Goose wine or local beer; advance registration is required. Tickets are $65 for the painting class and $85 for the wreath workshop.

Twelve member wineries around Okanagan Falls and Skaha Lake open their doors for festive tastings, special events and seasonal experiences, including Blasted Church, Meyer Family, Noble Ridge, See Ya Later Ranch, Stag's Hollow and Wild Goose. Some wineries keep shorter hours, so plan ahead with theheartofwinecountry.ca. Many collect for the local food bank, so bring a non-perishable item.

A Very Nighthawk Christmas

Sip & Craft Workshops at See Ya Later Ranch
See Ya Later Ranch runs beginner-friendly evening craft nights in its tasting room, each with charcuterie and a glass of wine: decoupage wine-bottle lamps (October 21), painting holiday wine glasses (November 18), Merry Mat Making (November 25), a Yule-log holiday centrepiece (December 2) and gingerbread cookie decorating (December 16).
