Ethos Parkour & Movement

Ethos Parkour & Movement is an indoor parkour gym on Okanagan Avenue East with vaults, bars and walls, where kids, teens and adults can join supervised open-gym drop-ins. A one-hour drop-in is about $12.50; fill out the online waiver first (it's good for six months) and register through the gym's app. It also hosts birthday parties, camps and Parents' Night Out events.
