KVR Trail: Penticton to the McCulloch Trestle

A nearly flat stretch of the old Kettle Valley Railway right above downtown Penticton, from Vancouver Place past vineyards to the wooden McCulloch Trestle, with views over Okanagan Lake, Okanagan Mountain Park and Summerland. It's about 5 km return (1 to 1.5 hours), open year-round and shared with cyclists. Parking at Vancouver Place is limited, so many people walk up from downtown. Dogs on leash.
