Vernon Aquatic Centre

The Vernon Aquatic Centre has an eight-lane, 25 m lap pool and a warm leisure pool featuring a waterslide, rapids channel, rope swing, climbing wall and bubble pit, plus a one-metre diving board. Sauna, steam room and hot tub round it out. It's well set up for accessibility, with a ramp into the leisure pool, lifts and aquatic wheelchairs. Kids under seven must stay within arm's reach of someone 16 or older, and Toonie Swims cost $2.
