Splash BC (formerly Okanagan Wibit) anchors a giant inflatable obstacle course off Gyro Beach every summer, with slides, climbing walls and bouncy runs to race across. It's aimed at ages 5 and up, and you book a session and sign the waiver online before heading down to the beach.
