Dog-Friendly Lake View Free to Visit
A steady climb on an old service road to the top of Blue Grouse Mountain, with big views over downtown Kelowna and, on clear days, as far as Vernon and Penticton. The full loop is about 13 km with nearly 900 m of climbing (3.5 to 4 hours); a shorter, very steep line goes straight up in about 4 km. It starts where Blue Grouse Road meets Bear Lake Main, off Westside Road. There's little shade, so carry plenty of water in summer.
